Pale gold. Nose of apple core, citrus, a bit of flint. Layers of white peach, apple, lemon-lime, and stone on the supple palate, with slow and gentle unfurling of flavors. Nicely acidic with moderately structured spine. Depth and concentration quite good but not outstanding. No premox! May need a bit more time in the cellar.
