The Casillero del Diablo Reserve is a ruby wine with a medium body. The nose has black currant, mocha, tar and leather. Tastes of black currant and black raspberry in the mouth with a strong dose of acidity. The tannins are still fierce and mouth-coating at this point. The finish is just overwhelmed by the tannins present in the wine at this point.
