Respekt ;-)

  • Golden color. Some petrolium on nose. Somewhat mature in the sense that it has lost a lot of fruit. Usually the fruit will be replaced but a sensation of sweetness, like honey, but in this case, just feels a bit hollow. Also lacking in concentration - feels a bit too light. Yet it feels balanced and its very refreshing. Would probably be quite satisfied if this was a 15€ wine and not a 30€.

  • Had high expectations for this and it let me down. Lacking in richness and complexity. I don't know if it will grow with age...

  • Very delicate nose. Notes of honey.

On palate it seems watered down. Thin, no richness. Not at all what I would expect from an old vines wine.

Although its fine drinking and very pleasant, at this pricepoint (37$), I'm pretty dissapointed.
