Again...gold color and a sense of orange blossom that highlighted a nose of bright citrus and nuances of stone fruit. Nice full mouth feel with crisp acidity that balance the fruit...as this tends to be very fruit forward.

I love this wine. It's typical cali chard with it's floral beauty of a fruit-driven nose. It feels like it has a touch of oak, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't see any oak. Just beautiful acidity, making this a great match with a variety of foods.

Rich gold color and a vibrant nose of pleasing fruit that had a melony aroma backed by stone fruit and a little pineapple. Smooth balance and structure that went well with the first few courses of the chef's special five course meal at Cielo in Big Sur, at the Ventana Inn. The wine was special enough that we sent a glass to Chef Calamari as a gesture of thanks for wonderful meal, and he came out and thanked us...great food, and a wonderful setting.
