This is approaching maturity with aromatics and flavors of citronella, cream and salty ocean. Smooth and light on its feet. A treat. Opened for Nicolai's confirmation celebration.

  From magnum. From the time when there was no use of oak whatsoever chez Brocard. A beauty. Very pure in its expression - like a mix of squeezed lemon juice, salt and sea shells. Is showing a bit of green fruit and melon as well. This wine is more elegant and refined than the Defaix, it is fresher with a pleasing acidity. It doesn't feel like this is going anywhere in the next few years. Great wine. With Jim's salmon burgers.
