Mostly domestic wine dinner (Eddie V's - Tysons Corner): Another fully mature nose displaying yellow pit fruits, butterscotch, smoked oysters and oyster shell. Good concentration, rich ripe yellow fruit and smoked oyster driven palate impression, warm and round, bright acidity and long sweet finish. I find this slightly fresher than the Indigene. Really no need to wait.

Pale yellow. Nose of vanilla, lemon curd, allspice. Taste was similar, vanilla in the aftertaste. Good but this is the top level of Morlet and shows that he needs to go further to catch Aubert and Peter Michael.

Amazing near perfect Chardonnay. Still has 4-5 years of great drinking ahead.
