Found a third bottle, purchased during winery visit in 2009, tucked away in my cellar, the last consumed in August of 2012. Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, dark chocolate, earth, black berry, cassis, and shoe leather. Palate: Full bodied, black fruit attack, Asian spice and earth join in the mid-palate, plenty of acidic back-bone still present, shoe leather, black berry, and spice dominate the back-end and linger through a 30-45 second finish. This is drinking wonderfully at the moment, plenty of life left if anybody has any left.

Deep garnet color with aromatic dark fruits, licorice, mint, and oak aromas. On the palate it's full-bodied with well integrated "Rutherford Dust"tannins, good acidity and ripe cherry, blueberry, and cocoa flavors. Long finish. 15.2% alcohol.

Popped 1 hour before first pour, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, rock candy - .black cherry and black berry. Palate: Medium-full bodied, nice attack up front of ripe dark red and black fruit carries nicely through the mid-palate and spikes back up in the back-end where its joined by a little menthol kick. Finish: Medium plus length sense of delicious red and dark fruit. Overall not a complex wine, but it is filled with fruity deliciousness.
