  Dairy. Fresh lemony notes too. Buttery and rich. Still as fresh as the day it was born. Just keeps on giving. Ate with turbot - fabulous.

  Needs 30-45min in the glass to wake up. Perhaps give it another year or two.

  I was really expecting this to be fantastic (based on an earlier vintage I'd had somewhere). It was fine but not great. It didn't have that rich buttery body, the taste was a bit thin. Maybe it just wasn't a great bottle (it wasn't corked) - here's hoping the next one will be up to expectations.

  Tasted at Sandbar. Lovely pale yellow color and clarity. Wonderful nose. Good legs. Still feels somewhat young to me. Acids still dominate up front but then the fruit (melon and lemon) kick in and the flavors round into a delightful finish. Very nice!
