  Fantastic bottle of wine. Quite tart and lean for the first glass, nice fruit but more structure, and acidity dominated. Came back to the bottle 4 hours later, had very much filled out. Darker fruit profile, acidity more in check, simply stunning. I can't honestly say which glass I preferred, like two sides of a coin of why I love Pinot. Simply a wonderful bottle of wine, especially when I notice the paltry sum I paid for it.
