Used Venturi but probably didn't benefit from it. Quite acidic but drank it without food. Would probably taste much more balanced with tomato-based Italian food.

- Crimsom color with fast forming legs and aromas of licorice anise, bell pepper, black olive and tobacco. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of soy sauce, molasses and black pepper with a medium body. Leathery texture with a medium finish - very soft Sangiovese.
