  13,5% d'alcool, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
  Oeil : rouge-cuivré, auréole orangée, opacité 5/10, forte viscosité en parois, larmes rapides
  Nez : projection d'intensité 6/10, encore frais, tertiaire, terre humide, feuilles mortes, touche balsamique, cuir et tabac, poussière, végétal, fruité présent et difficile à cerner, touche d'épices douces rappelant le girofle, thé noir, très très invitant
  Bouche : sec, ample, attaque franche, tanins fondus, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne à faible, persistance plutôt longue, rétro tertiaire, thé, épicée, balsamique, complexe...
  Autres observations : à l'ouverture, ne bouchait n'était pas collé mais par ailleurs très serré, bouchon en EXCELLENTE condition, fort dépôt
  Conclusion : il a surpris toute la table par sa tenue, sa fraîcheur, sa complexité, son nez invitant et sa persistance en bouche. Il a définitivement passé son apogée. Boire sans attendre. 89-90 pour l'expérience livrée ce soir.

  Deep red colour with developing cabernet nose; not complex but attractive; good fruit & structure on the palate ; well balanced wine with a soft tannin finish & good length.
