  Such a nice surprise. 30 years in the bottle and a very jammy, full fruit flavor seemed to coat the tongue. Also with all the fruit it was surprisingly not a long finish. Color was a healthy deep red, aromas matched the flavors. Paired with a salmon filet, would have also worked with richer protein as pork or veal.
