  At first I was going to give this wine an 85 or so.. But we didn't finish it on the first night and so it was closed and reopened 24 hours later. On the second night it was substantially better. Enough for me to give it an 89 now but I would definitely sit on these bottles awhile before opening. If you can't wait, decant for a good long while so it can get some air.

  Like 2007 year. This wine continues to surprise me with it's consistent characters, dark ruby/purple color with herbs and strong burning sugar nose. Quite strong sugar level, spicy and tannins level with herbs, black plum, burning sugar, mocha and vanilla. Very good value wine.
