  • Upon release, this wine is straw colored, and as it ages, it becomes darker. At fifteen years, this was already blackish colored, like cola, akin more to one that is several decades old.

The normal ripe ripe apricot, peach and lemon fruits with sweet notes of fruits and honey were subdued, interlaced with notes of tea, expresso and bitter dark chocolate with bright acidity on the lingering finish.

  • A perfect TBA-style wine.
    Gorgeous dark amber, like bourbon.
    Raisins and chutney aroma.
Oily and heavy on the tongue, with perfectly balanced acids and sugars. No tannins.
Floral honey and pear flavors, plenty of fruit, not too sweet at all.
Long, long finish from honey to baking spices to a fresh minerality.
