Bought from the library section at Wine Club Santa Ana. Popped & poured. Opened up nicely after a few minutes. Dusty red fruit hints of herbs and subtle oak. Medium to full bodied. Ripe sweet fruit balances the dry mouthfeel. Resolved tannins go down smooth. Nicely aged balanced wine. A steal at 30$.

Sun starting to set on this once exciting and exhilirating Napa Valley wine. Still holding up, but sliding down, this manages to maintain fine structure and balance without being tired. Morning forest and cigar box scents to start supporting slightly brown edged reddish color. Delicate notes of dried blackberries stacked on top of tobacco leaf and sage. Supple, oak based finish laced with coffee, followed by a wallop of fresh earth. Drink up
