3 of 3 …. Decanted at 4:00 served at 7:00. Nice ruby core, showing some age at rim. After an hour in the decanter this opened up nicely to show red fruit, spice and floral notes. Medium weight, good balance, decent texture and finish. The fruit here is far more sour cherry than the darker blue fruit profile shown by Chevillion’s Vaucrains.

Much more elegant than the Laurent, but still showing some roughness around the edges. Much brighter red fruit here, with more lift and freshness. A whiff of barnyard, but the fruit didn't seem to be as past its prime as the other, and will hopefully blossom beautifully in another 5-8 years.

Popped and poured. Medium to dark color, with some bricking starting take place close to the rim. Nose of dark, feral red fruits, and shoe leather. Still plenty of tannin and grip here. Softened a bit over the course of a few hours and the fruit got even darker. Hopefully the structure won't outlive the fruit.

Nice color, clean red fruit nose, medium weight, balanced not much mid palate, pleasant but one dimensional
