  • Monolithic, immense, awe-inspiringly pure. Fabulously sweet but balanced with perfect acidity. No corners or rough points. Varietal character muted - from the density and sheer force this could almost be a perfect Sauternes, only this wine does its voodoohoodoo with only 5,50% alcohol, or so the label says: unfathomable how it can be so pungent and perfectly balanced. An amazing experience on opening; 2 hours later it was just even more rounded and monolithic. Ageless and worth every cent of 61,75 Euros for a half bottle. 95P
