  • Can't believe this was a $15 wine when I bought it in 2000...

    Drinking VERY nicely right now, slight raisiny quality to the nose but none on the palate. This is a dark, black fruit and pie spices wine with some still surprisingly resilient tannins given its age. Should've bought a case. Drink now-2008, but it is definitely at its peak now.
