My Grade:EX. Last bottle and the best. Cork was in very good shape on this one. Very nicely developed leather, cedar and shoe polish notes, still has a lot of black-cherry fruit with great structure, depth and character and super long, dry finish.

My Grade: EX. Best bottle so far. Broken cork, so as other bottles there. This one showed plenty of life left. Tasting as last bottle, but with better complexity, fruit and tertiary notes, smooth, very well integrated tannins, elegant with superb finish. Wish they had all been like this one, but high bottle variation makes it hard to recommend.

Absolutely delicious, at the peak of its maturity. Very complex and evolving between glasses. Enjoyed it with a filet mignon and home-made sauce Bearnaise.

Grade: VG+. This bottle was drinkable, but 2 of last 3 were not, corks do not appear to be up to snuff. Dark, inky violet with cherry rim, barnyard funk and red fruit on the nose with leather, spice and incense notes, decent level of cherry fruit on the palate with leather, dark chocolate, black pepper, noticeable oak, dry, fairly rough tannins, medium-length finish. This has clearly peaked, so drink up!
My Grades: EXX-Exceptional, EX-Excellent, VG-Very Good, G-Good, O-Ordinary, P-Poor, U-Ungraded

Great wine with a lot of life yet. Good red fruit, balance and length. Nice
