  From and excellent looking bottle, this wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium- intensity nose was pretty restrained at first and took several hours to open up. Afterward it showed citrus, apple, vanilla, and some white stone.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was ripe with a nice glycerol feel. It had excellent acidity buried under the fruit and showed excellent persistence.
  
  While not a show stopper, this is a very nice wine. While mature, it should remain at this level for 5-10 years (as always, if we'll stored).
