  有一半浸塞，好在酒保存完好。醒酒两小时，淡石榴红色，闻香有老酒酱味，散出一些酒精感，樱桃和山楂的香气，陈年的肉味，一些烟熏质感，入口酸度高，酒液咸，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻几乎感觉不到，矿物质感突出，喝上去比闻上去要新鲜很多，盐渍话梅的感觉，很咸，收尾回甘，生津不止。山楂一类的果香，中后段逐渐释放出力量，带着一些酒精感，草本植物的清凉，辛香料味和泥土的气息。余味细腻悠长，有红果、淡淡香草和甘草味。风格质朴的一支酒，醒酒两小时后逐渐绽放。快40年了依然保持着健硕的骨架和清晰的结构，香料感中隐隐透出的果香仿佛在告诉你，“我依然年轻”。
