  • 有一半浸塞,好在酒保存完好。醒酒两小时,淡石榴红色,闻香有老酒酱味,散出一些酒精感,樱桃和山楂的香气,陈年的肉味,一些烟熏质感,入口酸度高,酒液咸,单宁紧致,颗粒细腻几乎感觉不到,矿物质感突出,喝上去比闻上去要新鲜很多,盐渍话梅的感觉,很咸,收尾回甘,生津不止。山楂一类的果香,中后段逐渐释放出力量,带着一些酒精感,草本植物的清凉,辛香料味和泥土的气息。余味细腻悠长,有红果、淡淡香草和甘草味。风格质朴的一支酒,醒酒两小时后逐渐绽放。快40年了依然保持着健硕的骨架和清晰的结构,香料感中隐隐透出的果香仿佛在告诉你,“我依然年轻”。
