  Unexpected surprise from my friend to serve blind this marvelous Burgundy of my vintage at my B-day, what a longevity and what a joy to taste it. Pale+ red, slight orange hue. Medium intensity aroma of plums, dried strawberries and cherries, sweet spices, old cupboard, touch of liquorice. Medium light body, so elegantly seductive, complex and concentrated, smooth and velvety texture, ripe fruit flavours of plums, cherries, strawberries, spices, harmonious bright acidity and powdery well structured tannins.
