Light yellow in color, 12.5% abv. Fragrant bouquet of tart green apples and lemons, with a hint of vanilla creaminess at the end of the sharp citrus smells. On the palate, the acid is immediately large and in charge, ushering in gorgeous flavors of apples, pears and lemons, with a balanced mid palate, and a tight and crisp finish, showing off citrus twang and chalk on the medium length finish. The only thing petite about this Petit Chablis is the price, this is a great bottle of wine. Drink over the next 3 years or so.

Chardonnay Blind Tasting; 12/16/2011-12/17/2011: This wine is in great balance, and delivers it's flavor profile in laser like precision. There is a floral and apple / pear component to the nose. This changes to a citrusy, green apple flavor on the palate, which is quite tart initially, with a sharp and acidic finish. There is no oak here, so the fruit is pure and clean. Finish is medium plus, wine is a wonderful Chablis and a great QPR. Kudos.

this is sensational. lovely light peaches and cream aroma. on the palate a beautifully balanced wine with great fruit intensity perfectly complemented by a good strong, but not acerbic, acid bite. bravo! tasted one day after a 2005 premier cru chablis and compares very well
