Chablis Wine Tasting (Maison Vauron, Auckland, New Zealand): Pale straw-yellow. Warm nose of green apple, oyster shell and green herbs. Very young, light and acid with reasonable presence in the mouth. Very citrus-apple. I note a slightly sour old oak note but this is a good wine that will repay 2-3 years of cellaring.

Noe kalk og mineralsk, grønt eple og lyse blomster. Helt OK, men heller ikke mer.

Charles Taylor 2011 White Burgundy Tasting (London): Tight nose. Full apple, peach and mineral palate with a hint of lime. Prickly acidity and a sustained finish
