-- bottle opened 8 hours before tasting – -- tasted non-blind over 20 minutes --
NOSE: minerals; pear; tight/not expressive; hint of oak; seems to have closed-down from 7 hours ago.
BODY: tan-hued light yellow color; medium-light to medium bodied
TASTE: very minerally; paired very well with Thanksgiving turkey; seems to have closed-down since 7 hours ago; slightly oily mouthfeel, and maybe a touch of r.s., too; a touch of acidity, but not much; short-medium finish is of light intensity.

– tasted a single glass non-blind over approx. 10 minutes – – bottle opened a few hours before tasting – – 100% Marsanne –
NOSE: tropical yellow fruits; a bit spicy; expressive; richer than the ‘09 Saint Peray. TASTE: medium bodied; rich; full palate; mango and papaya; ample lanolin minerality; medium finish; 12.5% alc. not noticeable; an obvious step up from the ‘09 Saint Peray; this saw 20% - 25% oak (1 - 2 years old).
