(Domaine Pfister Grand Cru Engelberg Riesling) #3; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-petrol; rubber; a hint of sugar cane and kiwi; PALATE-starts off dry on the initial attack, but then some residual sugar hits, but then finishes dry; an interesting ride; intriguing wine; leaves my mouth quite dry; the fruit is quite sporadic; I think this wine is extremely young, probably a good 3 years away from putting it all together; has potential, but doesn't come together for me right now; starts with some tropical fruit (guava & papaya), and then I like the golden green apple flavor on the finish; ; WS-91; GV-87/91

Heavenly. Acidic zing that’s beautifully balanced with long pleasing finish that leaves you thirsty for more.
