Blackcurrant and blackberries on the nose with a touch of oak, and a hint of a Vette that rev'ed a lot before running a red light (reduction?). Very approachable now, but a litte too lemonadish, and then there is the burnt rubber....

70% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Carmenere. Blackberry, plum, and cocoa jump out of perfumed, dark berry fruit on the nose and palate. Velvety smooth, rich, dark, and a bit jammy. Very interesting and delicious. Would probably cost $50+ if it was from California. Instead it costs $20.
