Not quite as moving as the Mann Schlossberg 2002, but very good, nonetheless. Apples, spices and petrol are present here. Less mineralality, less complexity. Very good, but short of great.

A definite improvement over the previous bottles. Much more balanced. This is probably still not my favorite style of Riesling (a bit too dry and minerally, citrusy for me), but still quite enjoyable. Opened up a bit after a couple of glasses. I am curious to see what a little more time will bring.

Popped and poured. Beginning to gain complexity. Livey citrus and lemon peel with curshed limestone on the nose. On the palate, apple, lemon zest, long mineral finish with lively acidity. Tremendous with seafood. In retrospect, a tremendous value. Drink or hold fot 2-3 more years.

I think this bottle had run its course. Nothing wrong with it, but whatever fruit there was, was gone. Tart, but not too sharp.

Decent dry Riesling. No drama. As noted in a previous TN, not my preferred style of Riesling, but still quite potable.
