  • - Yellow brown color with medium forming legs. It's in total harmony with a medium/full body. Oily texture with a long finish - Excellent, has grown heavier with age. Drink now if you have one. Delicious on it's own and matched well with strong-flavoured cod (tomato and garlic). Toffee apple and mild fungus on the nose, tart and luscious in the mouth.

  • Excellent Meursault! Agrumes sur le nez. Très belle minéralité et pourvu d'une belle balance avec une pointe d'acidité sur la finale. Moyennement rond et très frais / Excellent Meursault! Citrus on the nose. Well balanced, mineral with a beautiful acidity on the finish. Medium to light body with a lot of freshness. Great wine, you should try it. Ready to drink, do wait!

  • Tasted during recent wine class. Golden color with a nose of smoke and burnt sugar. Palate begins with a salty minerality moving to baked apple, oaky vanilla and butter with a medium finish of spice and eventually a smokiness at the end. Medium acidity with a creamy texture. Very complex nose and palate here for a chardonnay. One of the most interesting chardonnays I have had. I sneaked out what was left in the bottle and my wife and I enjoyed a last glass later in the evening.
