  Very fresh, lively nose of minerals, vegetal notes with complex, impressive ripe fruits of pear and lemon. Medium bodied flavors at first give a very round, creamy-like impression but this opens up to wonderful structure and well integrated acidity.

  Very pale yellow colour. The nose has a lovely minerally character, showing aromas of lemon, lime and pear over lots of stones and rocks. Elegant in the mouth with a bit of spritz, surprisingly high acidity for the vintage and bright citrus fruit and mineral flavours. Clean medium length finish.

  Wonderful nose of minerals, minerals, minerals and citrus. Palate isn't terribly well integrated with noticeable acidity (unexpected for a 2003). This is painfully young and comes across as a lemon-lime soda. My guess though is that this will be excellent in several years (say 5-10), when the acidity integrates and secondary flavors come out.
