  • Very fresh, lively nose of minerals, vegetal notes with complex, impressive ripe fruits of pear and lemon. Medium bodied flavors at first give a very round, creamy-like impression but this opens up to wonderful structure and well integrated acidity.

  • Very pale yellow colour. The nose has a lovely minerally character, showing aromas of lemon, lime and pear over lots of stones and rocks. Elegant in the mouth with a bit of spritz, surprisingly high acidity for the vintage and bright citrus fruit and mineral flavours. Clean medium length finish.

  • Wonderful nose of minerals, minerals, minerals and citrus. Palate isn't terribly well integrated with noticeable acidity (unexpected for a 2003). This is painfully young and comes across as a lemon-lime soda. My guess though is that this will be excellent in several years (say 5-10), when the acidity integrates and secondary flavors come out.
