  • Someone has to have the first note. Served with grilled flat iron steak. Shy nose, cedar, spice, cassis, red currant, vanilla, sour cherry. On the palate, oak and cedar dominate now, however it is wrapped around a sweet core of black and red fruits. Finishes with great balance and nice structure. This has a very bright future and was worth a trade for some KB. Drink with a long decant or hold a few years.
