Golden pear juice colour. Wonderfully open nose of ripe pear, peach, lemon zest and toast. There is a green herbal component as well but not in a bad way. Quite rich palate, medium to full bodied, somewhat opulent with an exotic fruit profile but the whole experience is perfused by a vein of acidity that keeps everything in balance. Drinks beautifully right now. Drink or hold for short term consumption.
