  May 11, 2019 - High intensity of aromas including Lemon, asparagus, melon, apple and vanilla. Wet leaves. In the mouth lemon, apple, grapefruit flavors, little salty, minerality and not as creamy as one could Expect from a Bourgogne of that age. Quite balanced with Fresh acidity. Long mineral finish

  July 26, 2013 - IPNC Lunches and Dinners; 7/26/2013-7/27/2013 (McMinnville OR): Tasting. Rich start with ripe apple and pear, some tropical hints and a bit of new oak. Comes across as slightly fat but still maintaining finesse and energy. Good 1er.

  June 25, 2012 - I liked this. Had good raw power....had that Ladoix thing, pure iron on the palate with vibrant acidity. Free, powerful, clean...

  February 19, 2011 - Golden pear juice colour. Wonderfully open nose of ripe pear, peach, lemon zest and toast. There is a green herbal component as well but not in a bad way.
  Quite rich palate, medium to full bodied, somewhat opulent with an exotic fruit profile but the whole experience is perfused by a vein of acidity that keeps everything in balance.
  Drinks beautifully right now.
  Drink or hold for short term consumption.
