With a maturing color, the wine has moved to the secondary stage where you find truffle, smoke and roasted fruits. Medium bodied and fully mature, this is just at its peak today, where it will remain for at least another 7-8 years.

Dark purple color with some bricking. Muted cassis and spice box nose. Full body with a rich cassis, plum, and spice box flavors. Slight alcohol heat on the finish. Moderate tannins. In its drinking window, but has at least 5-7 years before any decline. Excellent wine and a very good value. 14%abv.

Dark Garnet color. Highly aromatic nose of dried berry, spicy wood, vanilla and mineral. Dry with big ripe flavors, warming alcohol and rounding tannins. Huge, rich, woodsy finish. Best Pomerol in recent memory...a bit engorged with the alcohol, but attractive and very tasty. 5/5

Similar to previous two bottles. Intense, concentrated, and focused, with blackberry, cassis, mint, anise, and earth notes. Very high-quality and enjoyable Merlot. Excellent value, considering it's a Pomerol. (90-92pts).
