  Popped and poured at fridge temp. A nice deep yellow, approaching golden. Very nice nose of ripe apple, bit of melon and slight hint of beeswax, smells really good! Palate shows good acidity, but is quite rich with passionfruit. An excellent wine, which is really good now, but feels like it would be even better with a couple of years more on it. This went really well with oven baked salmon and mashed potatoes, complemented the fish very nicely.
