  S/R : 57.8 g/l et Acidité : 5.19 g/
  
  Robe : brillante, dorée avec de fines larmes.
  Nez : sur le citron le coing et la pomme avec un peu de citron. Puis, viennent des arômes de miel, un peu de menthol. Et on revient sur le coing.
  En bouche : C'est ample et limpide, avec une trame légèrement confite. Quel touché de bouche ! Association acidité/sucre résiduel excellente.

  Wasn't really our thing. I think the wine was what it was supposed to be but overwhelming oily quality, very dark yellow color. Tried to pair it with heavy sauce shellfish dish but it didn't really work out.

  Well as far as Chenin Blanc goes, it’s hard to argue that a better one out there exists. This wine had intoxicating aromas of lanolin, Camembert, raw honey, crushed granite, canned pineapple and fresh peach. The texture was simultaneously rich and creamy, but light and brisk. The acidity was not as high as I expected, but this wine was not dull nor fat by any stretch. It had notes of marscapone, fresh mango,, almonds, tangerines and a dash of salt. On the finish it reminded me of the flavours of Tokaji, but with more of the lithe anatomy of young Sauternes. An impressive showing, and an absolutely stunning performance with spicy papaya salad and coconut fried shrimp. I think these can go a long, long time. A special bottle of wine.
