Pop and pour - note after 2 hours. This started out mineral driven with a lot of slate and minerals. As it received additional air it put on some more weight. Citrus and grapefruit on the palate - a bit sour on the finish.

Pop and pour - note after 3 hours. Nose of melon, slate, minerals and sea salt. Grapefruit, citrus and salinity on the palate. This really drinks like a Chablis. Overall, while nice I find it just a bit angular and wish it had just a bit more finesse.

Oxford Chardonnay Session: Creamy hazlenut, light smoke nose with a pleasant fruit on the attack. On the tropical spectrum with pineapple and mango supported by light and considerate oak giving a smoky finish. The fruit lacks depth and is perhaps a little too lean but there is some elegance and charm.

Fresh lemon acidity, hint of oak. Nothing complex, but very enjoyable and well made and good value.

Fairly acidic and oaky. Decent but not memorable. Not bad for $30 just not loving it.
