Yellow to gold in colour. A rich and full wine, but quite clean (if that makes any sense). Peach and nectarine on the nose. A long finish, oak in control. An older style. Probably plenty of time ahead of it.

The oak treatment has mellowed since last bottle allowing the mineral and grapefruit elements to come through and deliver a hybrid style of minerality and acid, with traditional and malo treatment and oak.
The good structure and screw commendable screw cap closure ensure a long life and further improvement.

Light to medium yellow colour. Unusual aromas on opening - like taking a walk along the beach - crushed shells and seaweed. They did blow off after a while but there remained an unusual funky smell. Safe to say, I didn't like this wine as much as the previous bottle. It seemed more orchard fruit and less citrus, with the oak more biscuity. Something just didn't seem right. Still good but it should have been better.

Beautiful wine drinking superbly. No point in aging this any more.
