Nose is somewhat muted. After warming up a bit in mouth, there's some decent fruit and acid but overall this is fairly unremarkable. Basically drinkable, but not amazing.

I have a sneaking suspicion I waited too long to drink this. It tastes thin and watery, without much going on. Some faint fruit & funkiness, but by & large just not that interesting.

Light in color, but wow what a fruit forward nose, still primary 8 years past vintage. Aromas and flavors of cherry, cranberry/tart, spice, and earth. Very good length on the finish with a moderate level of complexity. Enough acidity and surprisingly enough body to stand up to an ahi tuna steak. The aroma actually reminds me of a Martinelli, although the taste does not -- the mouthfeel and flavors don't live up to the nose. My major issue with this wine is the hollow & thin mid-palate. This is holding well, and should drink well for at least another couple of years. Overall a crowd-pleasing, easy drinking pinot with an amazing nose and enough complexity and flavor to keep everyone around for a glass or two.

I found this pinot to be very good for the price. Fruit forward with tastes of red berries. Very pleasant on the nose.

Bin end, was worried that it was past its prime. It's got nice berries and plenty of spice. It's pretty good right now, but probably time to drink up.
