  Garnet-purple on glass, aromas of black fruit and spice. Palate shows some classic zin characteristics of blackberry compote, black cherry and a touch of spice, with some herbaceousness at midpalate. Not jammy nor brambly, and a medium finish. Not their best effort, but still shows some promise over the next 1-2 years in bottle.
