Definitely a child of the vintage, color is medium-light honey gold, nose starts off with a tinge of petrol, then with some air turns more fruit and floral; palate shows some ripeness, maybe even a touch RS, with medium rich stone fruit flavors, a touch of steeliness that could be a sign of some botrytis, acidity a little bit soft, and a medium finish. Needs a bit of air to start to blow off a little spritzy CO2, but after that this is a very pleasant wine. Not quite up to the stellar level that this bottling can be in the best years, but an enjoyable wine.

Golden yellow color. Aromatics are somewhat advanced, with a honeyed & smoky overlay to the remaining fruit. There's a creaminess to the palate that expresses the original richness ofthe vintage, but it is soon overtaken by a stark minerality. There's also some heat showing on the finish, so I would drink sooner rather than later.

Golden yellow on the darkish side. Sweet fruit with honey, citrus, some bitterness. Dry finsh. Very generuous but somewhat lacking in freshness and acidity.

Drinking quite well now with no trace of heat or heaviness. Still has some crisp fruits, surprising acidity and a very steely mineral streak. Nice!
