  2 jours plus tard :
  1/3 de la bouteille est resté au comptoir, sous VaccuVin. Après 2 jours, nous y avons trouvé une belle surprise! Rien d'austère et plutôt charmant. Nez très invitant sur la cerise et les épices douces rappelant notamment la cannelle, bouche coulant, fraîche, aimable, toujours minérale.
  
  Conclusion : à ce stade-ci, ce vin à besoin de carafe, quelques heures probablement. 86!

  The wine looks Ruby colored.
  The legs are Slow.
  It smells like Cinnamon, Cherry, and Vanilla. Young.
  It tastes like Raspberry, Ripe Cherry, Cranberry, Butterscotch, Vanilla, and Mineral.
  The body is Light/Medium.
  The wine is textured Smooth.
  The wine finishes Medium. Medium young/balanced tannins, medium+/pronounced acidity, medium fruit intensity, medium alcohol/balanced (13%), creamy [?!] mouthfeel, some hops-like bitters in the end. Drinks somehow now, but would improve from som cellaring, takes at least 5 yrs age. =) €19,57
