PNP. Cork perfect. Color light gold. Nose apricots and white fruits with some light herbal and vanilla notes. Swishing shows richness with creamy acid keeping it in check. Sipping this reveals considerable RS. Super concentrated but a little sweet for my liking. Long finish.

WES - Classic German Riesling (LSE Holbourn): Pale lemony colour. Almost salty on the nose with good minerality. Lower acidity on the palette but with a great balance, much more subtle than the previous wine I tasted - perhaps making this tasting a little transitional.

Stored properly and drinking very well. Wish I had more. Drank to celebrate A HS graduation.

I was not expecting this to be as good as it was. Tropical fruit, slight petrol, great acidity still - rich and viscous.

Wine Education Service - Classic German Riesling (LSE): A mineral nose with some honey.
A slight spritz here, not oversweet, great balance and a dry finish.
