Seriously good sauvignon for the price. Lemon curd and minerals on the nose and palate. A bit of creaminess and maybe a a bit of residual sugar balances the acidity very nicely.

Lovely, fresh sauvignon blanc - very pale colour, great nose of grassy, lemony fruit. Not overpowering at all - whispy and light. Palate - firm fruit, crisp with a softer finish - this is Sauvignon blanc calmed down - just the right amount of acidity. A lot of minerality coming through on the palate too. A whole step above the generic new world sauvignon blancs that are prevalent at the same price point where grassy, green fruit and searing acidity tend to swamp the palate. This is much more poised and excellent value for £7
