Brilliant lemon-gold colour. The nose gives a sensation of sitting on a stony riverbank next to a field spattered with wildflowers. There is definitley a big autolytic character; the palate is more full & creamier than any Chablis I can recall trying. Floral, stony, yeasty and awash in citrus, predominately lime. Big, refreshing acidity. Nice, long finish with a hint of nutty bitterness. Excellent value at $30 CDN. This is still just a baby. I could see this going for a decade strong. Fantastic!
