Beautiful light green tinge adds to a ripe fruit, but crisp, classic Chablis flavor. Nose hints of matching well with all the "fruits de mer." This bottle aged very well and delivered the goods when matched with grilled salmon and mixed vegetables sauteed in white wine & butter. Gone in one night.

Very light straw color. Apricot, flint on nose. Minerality is present, along with tart stone fruit. Lively acidity. Lingering finish. Last bottle of what has been a very satisfying case of wine.

This bottle lacked the depth of flavors to score higher but a nice wine. Another few years are certainly warranted for those of you who still have a few bottles and ideal storage conditions
Minerals and some florals, it was tight but opened up after an hour or so. Unfortunately the bottle didn't last any longer, lol. Paired well with roasted chicken, herbed rice, roasted brussel sprouts and green salad.

(Jean-Paul & Benoit Droin Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons) Light lemon yellow color; tart apple, pear nose; tart apple, tart pear, mineral palate; medium finish (riper than I prefer for Chablis, which is true of a lot of '09 Chablis I've tasted)

Hint of tertiary flavors with acid minus. Parade peak, bit still balanced and drinkable.

Crisp, refreshing and enjoyable. Pineapple aromas are definitely present. Very nice.
