Not oxidative like the previous bottle from the same purchase. Somewhat austere upon opening; it blossoms with air. True to place, great acid, delicious with or without food.

Drank over two days. On the first day it showed restrained, high-pitched acids, citrus notes, and refined minerality. On the second day, poured at around 55 degrees, the wine featured intense chalk, clay, and limestone elements that lingered through an impressive finish.

Fairly oxidative, and as such, showing unique twists on seabed and flint notes throughout.
