Crushed cinammon graham cracker on the nose. This also comes through on the palate, and there's also some cola and dark fruit notes. A very bold Pinot that will easily last 5+ years.

Huge fruit concentration and high alcohol. Definitely California in style. A little over the top for my taste. Almost had a sweetness to it. Savors of plum and purple grape. It could have used more acidity and tannins for better balance.

This is a Cabernet drinkers pinot. Big fruit not much terroir no unctuous flavors just fruit. Not my speed but if you're a cab drinker who wants to broaden your range, start here.

This wine is drinking really well right now. I opened from cellar temp, poured a small glass, let it breathe for fifteen minutes and warm up. After thirty minutes it was nicely open and complete.
The wine is a big fruit pinot, but not jammy. There is not terroir and I don't think the tannins do much for the wine, although they are there mostly on the finish and linger in the beautiful finish that seems contradictoryly lean versus the big fruit up front.
Definitely enjoyable. Many compare Loring to Siduri, but I much more enjoy Loring.

Not the style of Pinot I most appreciate, but in this style the LWC is quite good. This is a big, full of fruit PN but not jammy.
