Cognac colored by now. Tea, white peaches and honey. A tad flabby and a hint of oxygenation, but still drinkable. Tough food natch due to some residual sugar. Tried mild Asian food (Larb), and can not say it was successful. ...

Nottingham Offline (Harts, Nottingham): 13% A deep honeyed gold. Orangey and honeyed, with some stone fruits on the nose. Fairly light initially, but it quickly shows some real weight. Fairly spicy on the palate with some acidity. But overall, it lacks interest a bit for me and falls a bit short on the finish.

Holding up. My notes echo Andrew Stevenson's from 2007, so I guess the wine shows some staying power.

Good flavour, body and length. However, overly sweet which marred full enjoyment. Not clear how this would have aged (might have been better).
