Popped and used 1/2 of a bottle for French Onion soup. Tasted a small glass; very bright lemony and green grass flavors. Very sharp and a bit austere. Some good mineral elements along with the citrus notes.

straw colour with yellowish reflexes, typical Pinot Grigio but very nice. nose: delicate pear, aples plus nectar notes. taste: mild with medium accidity, balanced and elegant, some stony accents on the palette; a little sweet, lemon finish with bitter aftertaste. Pure Pinot Grigio. Opened that bottle to sole a la meuniere - Chablis would do better. This bottle was too fruity but anyway did its best, so I cannnot complain about that match.
